ThriveHer Agency, LLC, doing business as Braid Boss Funnels ("Braid Boss Funnels," "we," "us," "our") provides marketing/automation services, websites/funnels, consultations, courses, events, and related digital products (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, schedule calls, purchase Services, or otherwise interact with us.

We collect information in three ways: you provide it; it is collected automatically; and we receive it from third parties.

A. Information you provide

Contact info (name, email, phone, business name, role).

Account credentials (if we provide an account).

Booking details (preferred time, timezone, meeting notes).

Payment info (processed by our payment processors; we don’t store full card numbers).

Content you upload or share (files, brand assets, testimonials, reviews, feedback).

Messages (email, SMS, chat, social DMs) and call recordings [use only if you actually record calls; otherwise delete].

Contractual and onboarding data (goals, target audience, login credentials you grant us [e.g., Google, Meta, ClickFunnels, scheduling apps]).

B. Information collected automatically

Device/usage data (IP address, device IDs, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs).

Cookies, pixels, and similar tech for analytics, security, personalization, and ads.

Approximate location (derived from IP).

Email/SMS engagement (opens, clicks) where legally permitted.

C. Information from third parties

3) How we use information

Configure integrations/automations you request.

5) How we share information

Service providers/Processors that help deliver the Services (hosting, payments, scheduling, communications, analytics, email/SMS, design, development, fulfillment).

Business partners when you connect, integrate, or instruct us to share.

Legal/Compliance recipients (to comply with law or protect rights, security, and property).

6) SMS & email communications

By providing a phone number or email, you agree to receive SMS/emails about your account, bookings, and Services.

Promotional SMS/emails are sent with consent where required.

SMS opt‑out: reply STOP to end; HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

Email opt‑out: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

7) Your choices & state/region rights

Access, correct, delete, or port certain personal information.

Opt out of marketing emails/SMS and certain cookies/ads.

Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable.

Appeal a decision (for Virginia/Colorado and similar laws).

How to submit a request: Email [ADD CONTACT EMAIL] with subject "Privacy Request" and tell us what you want to do. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proper authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California (CCPA/CPRA) notice: Categories we collect may include identifiers, commercial info, internet activity, geolocation (approx.), audio/visual (if you send/record), professional info, and inferences. Sources, purposes, and sharing are described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You may request access/deletion/correction, opt out of "sharing" for cross‑context advertising, and limit certain uses of sensitive information where applicable.

8) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and as otherwise permitted by law. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de‑identify it.

9) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information; however, no system is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords, enable MFA where available, and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized activity.

10) International data transfers

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs/IDTA) and supplementary measures.

11) Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

12) Third‑party links and integrations

Our sites may link to third‑party websites/apps. Their privacy practices are governed by their policies, not ours. Review those policies before using their services.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted with an updated "Effective date" above. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated as appropriate.
